Cash for Coats Drive

The Cash for Coats Drive is a community event collecting funds toward the purchase of NEW winter items for Albany kids in need.

Mayor Kathy Sheehan, The City of Albany and The Albany Devils will host the Cash For Coats Drive on Oct. 15 at The Devils opening night hockey game. Ticket holders are encouraged to make any cash donation; all proceeds will go toward the purchase of new winter apparel for Albany kids in need. Attendees making a donation of any size will receive a free ticket for the Devils' home game on December 21 against Binghamton.

Monetary donations will also be accepted at City Hall, Lodge's Department Store (75 N. Pearl St), the Downtown Albany BID office (21 Lodge St) and the Albany Heritage Area VIsitors Center (25 Quackenbush Square) through November 1. Checks should be made payable to: Cash for Coats Drive/Lodge’s Department Store.

Game admission not included. Tickets for all Albany Devils home games can be purchased at the Times Union Center box office or at any Ticketmaster outlet.
