The City of Albany Office of
Special Events invites businesses to participate in the numerous opportunities
that exist for vendors during special events produced by the City. All
events are presented free to the public.
Vendor opportunities exist in multiple Albany locations, including Washington
Park and the Albany Riverfront/Corning Preserve.
Please note: Prospective vendors must complete an application and return it
with payment to the Special Events Office in order to be considered for
participation. Applications are available online approximately two-to-three
months prior to an event. Vendor spaces are granted on a first come/first
served basis (with the exception of Tulip Festival by which vendors are selected by the Tulip Festival Committee) and are evaluated by an independent committee for completeness.
All vendors must meet the criteria listed in each application in order to be
considered for the event. Due to the high volume of applications and limited
space at each event, spaces are occasionally sold out prior to the application
deadline. Potential vendors are encouraged to contact the Special Events Office
for a current status on space availability. Walk-in vendors are NOT permitted
at any time.
