2024 City of Albany's Tree Lighting

Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan will host a tree lighting ceremony in honor of the holiday season at Academy Park on Thursday, December 5th from 5pm - 7pm. The ceremony kicks off with refreshments from Cider Belly Donuts, La Empanada Llama and Albany High School Abrookin Center Culinary. Enjoy photo opps and live performances by Albany High School's Albanettes and Troubadours. 

Make sure you take home one of our free take home craft bags filled with goodies for all ages. Representatives from local organizations will be on-hand with information on their programs and upcoming events.
